I was introduced to AIR through my mom, who was already involved, when I was in high school. I informed my health teacher at the time about AIR and that they would like to present at the school, and she also thought it was a fantastic idea. I have been supporting AIR and helping spread their message of the importance of mental health since then, and continue to do so in college. Always wearing my AIR wristband, I am excited to share when someone asks about AIR and start the conversation.
