Michael Kerzner graduated from Drew University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology where he also studied the Spanish language. He spent the summer since his graduation doing research and interning at a women’s emergency center in the Peruvian Andes working primarily with adolescents. Following his return to U.S., he has been an active member of AIR, assisting with the planning and execution of the Annual Miki & Friends 5K Walk & Run for AIR event, and revitalizing and expanding AIR’s social media presence. He regularly gives the Coming Up for Air presentation to teenagers as part of AIR’s ongoing efforts. Michael was elected to the AIR Board of Directors in May 2014. He is a certified Youth Mental Health First aider and works with youth and their families as a Care Manager for Capitol County Children’s Collaborative in Hamilton, New Jersey.
